If you buy our lamps, if any quality problems occur the lamps you ordered within 2 years, please contact us or email us in time. We will try our best to handle the problem for you.
Within 14 days after receiving the goods, the following problems can be re-delivered for free OR we can refund you:

2. The model and function of the ordered lamp is different from the received one
Great for salt water locations! Extremely easy installation, very bright, nicely made and very weather resiliency due to aluminum housing it would work great for beach house or locations near saltwater as we are. The hardware on back is the simplest to install. There’s a ton of space on the light itself which is awesome for accommodating locations that there’s a bunch of wiring already in electrical box. If you’re looking for a light that’s extremely bright it arrives with that setting already on. brightest setting already so it’s superb for large properties or security.
Their customer service is superb! They responded within 24hrs and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Very bright and self-contained for outdoor exposure in any weather
This is an excellent light that I love for its simplicity! Everything is tightly sealed and self contained – all you need do is attach the bracket to your electrical box, connect the wires, and you’re ready to go! The design is also nice – works well for most architectures – perfect for Modern or Craftsman homes, but also will be fine on Colonials or even Victorians.
The light itself is quite bright – so if you’re using it near doorways or windows you will want to have a dimmer handy. But it’s a great light for the garage wall or similar where you want a lot of light to cover some ground.
I haven’t seen it through the winter yet, but I expect it to work out very well and I expect to get more of these as I love the simplicity and nice design. Highly Recommended!

Modern outdoor wall sconce. This 16 inch wall sconce is just what I have been looking for. I have installed it on the balcony outside my masterbedroom. I have it wired to a switch inside and when I use the balcony I can easily turn it on. The light is well made and the instructions are easy to follow. I am recommending this light. it is beautiful.

I like everything about this light. I have seen some people leave reviews where they said they thought it looked cheap, but that is not my impression. I like the weight and heft of this, and the globe could pass for glass. It gives off a lot of light, and I think it’s going to be a serious upgrade in lighting my way this winter.
What should have been, what almost was, a five minute installation job has turned into delays for a couple of reasons. I am installing it in an older box with the heavy copper wire, and the provided wire nuts will not join these. I need to pick up some of the clip type connectors to complete this job.
The other reason it’s taking longer is because I have cedar siding where I want to mount this, and this fixture is so long that it covers about three laps. I cannot mount the provided plate in the recessed location where the box is, because the side mounted screws are held proud away from the plate. There is a special mounting plate that you need for siding in order to get it to mount flat, which I’m having difficulty accessing. But I will persist. I like the looks of it. my house has a little bit of the Craftsman vibe, and to me this compliments that style. I like the lines, and the light is bright enough, but diffused through the globe so that it’s not glaringly bright. It’s not permanently mounted yet, it’s just up on the wall while I get the other pieces I need. But I did turn the breaker on long enough to check out the light and I like it.
The switch that controls this is not a dimmer switch, so I can’t speak to the dimming function. At some point, I might switch that out, in which case I will update this.
One suggestion: the mounting screws are tiny, and hard to get started because they are so small. It would be nice if these were a little longer.

It is a very nice and bright wall light fixture; the base material is metal; it is quite thick and feels very strong; the light has a white cover that makes a soft distribution; externally, it is protected with transparent acrylic, in which you can note that it is sealed to resist water; it is a heavy wall light fixture, which shows its good materials.
Installation is simple, but keep in mind that due to its weight, the support must be well installed, and you must also put silicone around the wall light fixture to prevent water from entering between the wall and the wall light.
I have a smart switch connected to it that turns on and off automatically at sunset and sunrise, respectively. The lighting on the porch is perfect; you can see the entire porch and the entrance staircase illuminated from very far away.
The wall light fixture looks very good; it looks modern and elegant. In my case, I selected the whitest 6000K light because my need was to illuminate as much as possible, but I think it would look much more elegant with a warm light.
The paint on the wall light feels thick and difficult to peel off.
It is an excellent product, and I recommend it 100%.

Very nice and easy to install. This outdoor light is very nice.
I replaced an old style front door lamp with this and am very pleased. I did use heavier self-tapping fasteners than those included, but otherwise everything was provided in the box and installation was a breeze. The choice of heavier fasteners was personal, what is included would work for most installations.
The light itself is well made, all the parts lined up during installation, and the wiring is even tinned.
This light is a serious improvement to the front of our house and I can easily recommend it to anyone looking to do the same.
